How do I download and activate Optrix Tweaks after purchasing?

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with the Optrix Tweaks Setup Installer download link and your activation key. Install the app on your PC and enter the key to unlock your chosen edition. If the email is missing, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I share my license key or use it on multiple computers?

Each key activates on one PC and binds to its hardware ID (HWID). It cannot be shared or transferred to another computer. Under the current license policy, changing your hardware or using a second PC requires a separate key; ask support before buying if you are planning an upgrade.

Is Optrix Tweaks safe? Why do some antivirus programs flag tweaks?

Optrix changes Windows services and system settings, which may trigger security alerts. An alert alone does not establish whether a file is safe or harmful. If a download is flagged, pause installation and send support the detection details before proceeding.

What happens if I get a negative effect? Can I revert the changes?

Before applying tweaks, Optrix prompts and helps you create a Windows System Restore Point. Confirm that it was created successfully before continuing. If a change causes an issue, you can use Windows System Restore to return supported system settings to that restore point, or contact support for help.

Should I do a full Windows reinstall before using Optrix Tweaks?

A full Windows reinstall is not required. You can use Optrix with your existing installation and review the changes you want to apply before getting back to your games.

Does Optrix Tweaks enable overclocking on any of my PC components?

No. Optrix does not overclock your CPU, GPU, or RAM or change hardware voltages. It focuses on Windows settings, background cleanup, and resource prioritization.

How much FPS should I expect to gain?

There is no fixed FPS increase. Results depend on your hardware, game settings, background apps, and how well Windows is already configured. Compare the same game and settings before and after, including frame-time consistency and 1% lows, rather than looking only at peak FPS.

Will this utility decrease my Ping and Input Delay?

Optrix can reduce avoidable background traffic and tune supported input and network settings. The difference depends on your setup; it cannot remove latency caused by your internet provider, Wi-Fi conditions, physical distance, or the game server.

What exactly does the utility do to my PC?

Depending on your edition, Optrix can clean temporary files, adjust background services and telemetry, tune CPU and GPU priority, apply power settings, and configure input and network options. Compare the editions to see which features are included.

What is your refund policy?

We stand firmly behind the quality of Optrix Tweaks. Because our products are digital license keys and delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. This Terms of Service agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and OptrixTw1x ("Company" or "We") governing your use of the digital products and services ("Optrix Tweaks") sold by our business. By purchasing, downloading, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. License:

Upon purchase, the company grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Payment and Refunds:

All sales are final. Our products are digital in nature, consisting of license keys and/or access to digital performance services. Once a product key has been delivered via email or displayed to you, or once access to a service has been granted, the product is considered "used" and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately upon purchase and that you waive your right of withdrawal (in accordance with OUG 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts with professionals) once the delivery of digital content has commenced.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

The products and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of the company (OptrixTw1x). The user acknowledges that no ownership rights are conveyed by this agreement.

4. Restrictions:

The user agrees not to: Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any product; Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense any product; Use any product in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall the company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any product.

6. Indemnification:

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to User's use of any product.

7. Termination:

The company reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke the user's access to any product at any time without prior notice or liability.

8. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms:

The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. The user's continued use of any product after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
